Role Description
The HYLO Fitness Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area.
At HYLO, coaching is about more than delivering a great workout — it’s about creating ENERGY. Our coaches set the tone of the room. Whether leading HY (HIIT/strength) or LO (barre/Pilates/yoga inspired), you’ll bring the presence, personality, and motivation that turn a class into an experience. You’ll know how to command a room, connect with members, and create an atmosphere that keeps people pushing harder and coming back.
Day to day, you’ll lead safe, effective, high-energy classes; demonstrate proper technique; provide individual coaching within a group environment; and make every member feel seen and supported. You’ll build relationships beyond the workout, support new members as they become part of the HYLO community, and help create the welcoming, inclusive culture our studios are known for.
You’ll also be an active part of the HYLO community — participating in events, supporting member engagement and retention, and working alongside studio leadership to continuously elevate the member experience.
We can teach programming. We can develop technique. What we’re looking for is the ENERGY you bring into the room.
