Fifty (50) minutes of heart pounding, fat burning, muscle building excitement. The workout was designed to perfectly balance fat loss (BURN) with muscle development (SCULPT).
Wear comfortable exercise clothing and shoes. You are welcome to bring your own water and towel, and we will have the same available for purchase. For the safety and enjoyment of our other members, we kindly ask that you DO NOT bring cell phones into the training room.
A fifty (50) min, truly unique fitness experience combining strength and flexibility. Deep internal core strength coupled with balance and recovery will lead to a strong, yet lean physique.
We ask that shoes not be worn in the LO training room. Footies will be available for purchase, but you are welcome to bring your own. We recommend socks with some type of traction or grip for safety. Bare feet are permitted, but please be mindful of the group setting. You may choose to also bring water, a towel, and your own yoga mat. Mats WILL be provided for those without one. Please, no phones within the LO training room.
Heart rate monitors are not required for participation, however, they are available for purchase in the studio if desired. Polar heart rate monitors, generation H7 and beyond, are supported by our system and can be brought from home.
Yes, shower towels are available for your convenience. Also, lightly scented, chilled towels are provided to help you cool down after your HY intensity workout. If you require a towel during the workout, you are encouraged to bring your own, or alternatively can purchase a HYLO Fitness logo towel from our retail section.
As a courtesy to all other members, we require 12 hrs notice to cancel or move a scheduled workout. This ensures members that are waitlisted for the class have adequate time to be notified of a spot becoming available. Failure to cancel outside of the 12 hr window or being absent for a scheduled session is subject to a $6 fee for a reservation held but unattended.
