Always listen to your doctor (and your body) first, but the general rule of thumb is if you’re accustomed to heated classes prior to pregnancy, you are safe to continue DURING pregnancy. You’ll simply make the necessary modifications as you get further into your pregnancy.

Yes you can. However, this is not for the faint of heart. Make sure that you areproperly hydrated and ready for the physical and mental challenge.

All LO classes are low impact, but not necessarily low intensity. For example, PULSE and CORE can actually be considered high intensity classes given the cardio and weights used.

Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC) refers to a measurable rate of oxygen needed after a workout or other physically demanding activity.

Yes! Every HY class will have an element of core, cardio, and incorporate the full body in at least one or more movements. Focused muscle group days will have a higher concentration of exercises in that area for the day.

At HYLO, we understand that everyone’s fitness journey is unique and we want everyone to feel welcome and heard. We encourage you to talk with your Instructor/Coach about any hesitations you are feeling so they can offer you comparable modifications. You are always welcome to take things at your own pace and take breaks whenever you need them. The workouts are designed to challenge you in your own ways at your own pace, but the most important thing is to listen to your body!

HYLO has a 30 day Cancellation policy for all memberships. If you would like any further information on this policy, call your local studio and they can answer any questions or concerns.

We always encourage First Timers to show up 15 minutes early to be sure the waiver is signed, to be given a tour of the facility, and to meet your Coach/Instructor to go over
any injuries, questions, or concerns.

Normal active wear and sneakers are recommended for a HY class. You should also bring a water bottle, however all studios have them available for purchase.

Normal active wear is recommended and LO classes are taken barefoot. You should also bring a water bottle and a mat.

No worries! The front desk will have rental mats for $5, or you can also purchase a Lululemon mat from our retail section.

If you need to cancel a class, please do so 8 hours in advance. This gives us time to help those on the waitlist get into class. We get that life happens, so if you need to cancel after the 8 hour window please contact your home studio and they will be happy to assist you given the circumstances!

We have a standard $15 accountability fee that will be automatically applied to your account if you do not cancel within the 8 hour window. We get that things happen so if you have an emergency, please contact your home studio and they will be happy to help you as best as they can!
