Q: How early do I need to arrive for my first class?
A: 30 minutes early to sign a waiver, get a quick tour, and get setup in your class 10 minutes prior to start time.
Q: How long are the classes?
A: 50 minutes.
Q: I’m recovering from an injury - what’s a good class for me to take?
A: It depends on your injury and we encourage you to consult with your doctor and always let your coach know. We pride ourselves on offering modifications tailored to each individual and all of our classes are high intensity, low impact which make them ideal for anyone – including those with injuries.
Q: Do I need to have a specific experience level?
A: All levels are welcome! There are always modifications and challenges to offer for each move.
Q: Does my membership work at both locations?
A: Yes, they are interchangeable! However, your home studio will be the only studio that you can sign up for the waitlist.
Q: What is your late charge policy?
A: Cancel 9 hours prior to class to avoid the $9 hour late charge or losing a class.
Q: If I sign up for a waitlist and am put into the class but can’t make it, what happens?
A: If you sign up, consider yourself in the class. All late cancels apply.
Q: Do you offer childcare?
A: At this time we do not.
Q: Do you have showers?
A: Yes, we have everything you need – shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toiletries. Just bring a towel!
Q: What is the InBody Machine? Is it free to use?
A: It is a detailed body composition test that analyzes your body fat percentage, breaks down your total muscle mass in detail, and visceral fat levels. It is free to use with membership!
Q: What do I need to bring for the HY class?
A: Workout attire, sneakers, sweat towel, and water.
Q: How many days a week do you recommend taking class to see results?
A: 3-4 days to see results, 5-6 days for optimal results; while incorporating LO classes as well.
Q: What should I eat before/after class?
A: Before – everyone is different, but try to eat some kind of fruit with nut butter or some nuts. After – you want to replenish your glycogen levels and start repairing your muscle fibers so we recommend complex carbs and lean protein. I.e.: Ezekiel toast/fruit or a protein smoothie.
Q: What do I need to bring for the LO class?
A: Yoga mat, Yoga towel, sweat towel, and water.
Q: What if I don't have my own yoga mat?
A: We sell them as well as offer them for rent per class!
Q: What temperature are the LO classes heated to and is every single class heated?
A: Yes, every class is heated to 90 degrees.
