High Intensity Interval Training

Incorporating elements of cycling, rowing, TRX and strength training, our high intensity 50 minute workout will engage and challenge your body. Our programming is designed specifically to target a different muscle group to ensure that you’re giving your body adequate time to repair and recover. Short bursts of cardio help you get your heart rate up to burn that stubborn fat, while 70% of the workout is geared towards sculpting and toning the body – each body part at a time (upper-body, lower-body, full-body and core).
