THE HY room provides high intensity interval training with an ever-changing & challenging workout split between cardiovascular, strength, & resistance training. Our physique style programming is designed to allow your muscles adequate recovery & repair time for optimal results.

Barre

HYLO Power Barre is an energetic combination of traditional barre moves mixed with rhythmic high-intensity moves. This class is non-stop movement using multiple props.
